Baby Matinee Set Knitted Coat, Bonnet and Botties and Mittens Set, Baby Boy, Blue

This pale baby blue baby matinee set has been hand knitted in a smoke and pet free home and makes a great gift for a newborn baby boy .  The wool I've used is double knitting wool and has a slight chunky feel about the set.

Our matinee set is estimated to fit a baby 0 to 6 months. 

The hat, mittens and boots could even still fit after the little boy reaches six months or more as the pieces have a lot of give.

• Coat measurements -
• Width across chest - 27cms.
• Length from back of neck to bottom 24cms.
• Sleeve from shoulder 19cms.
• Features 3 pale blue chunky see through buttons.

Bobble hat measures - to fit a 14cms face but has a good stretch so could last a while while the child grows.  Topped off with a woolen pompom.

Booties fit a foot sized 10cms and could fit a toddler.

Mittens are 9cms from top to bottom.

Care instructions - Wash at 40 degrees - dry press only.

I love to knit.

I consider this one of my main hobbies.  As a child, I was taught to knit but lost interest in it as I grew up.  Lately, with plenty of time at home during lockdown, I’ve managed to pick up knitting again and love making baby knits and toys.  I just wish I had more time as I could knit all of the time.

You could try knitting too you know.  There's plenty of You Tube tutorials out there plus the actual cost of setting up is fairly low.  You just some good quality wool and a pair of knitting needles.

I can promise you, whether you give knitting a go or crochet, you'll never end up being bored.
